Because we grow seasonally, gifts depend on what is available.
When fresh flowers are limited, we may offer a houseplant, wreath, dried-flower gift or another seasonal alternative.
Our Story So Far
Our Story So Far
From the Start
From the Start
From planting seedlings in the spring to the seedling idea of gifting our bunches just because we've come a long way.
I started planning and the hard work of preparing beds at the beginning of the year and have been gifting our bunches to put a smile on peoples faces since May 2026
To the BBC
To the BBC
In September we were approached by BBC Radio Nottingham to provide bouquets for their Make a Difference Awards at the Motorpoint Arena and were honoured to be made welcome at the amazing event and have our work featured in the event script and on Sparkey's Breakfast show the following Monday.
Growing a Future
Growing a Future
Our future work depends on the roots i'm laying down now, with a Tesco Fruit & Veg grant kicking off the community works with local schools and other development grants we've applied for with our Local Parish Council so we can carry on growing and increasing our community impact.

How We're Run
How We're Run
Just Because Bunches is a small, independently run community based initiative based in Bestwood Village. We're not a registered charity but we operate under a written constitution and keep full records of funds and materials given to each project.
Money raised through sales, sponsorship and grants is used to grow and provide flowers, plants and nature-based activities for the local community.
We are committed to being open about how support is used and aim to register as a CIC once we are fully established and have regular income streams that are sustainable to support the work we're already doing.
We have a chair, treasurer and secretary and our constitution is available by email.
